Together, People Services and the Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Division are pleased to present the Workplace Equity and Inclusion Action Plan 2024-2027, to further our efforts to become a more inclusive workplace for all employees, including those belonging to equity-denied groups. This plan is a guiding document that will help us focus our efforts on implementing measurable actions and tracking our progress towards delivering the goal of a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
