Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are communities of belonging for employees who share a common social identity and their allies. ERGs plan and implement activities that help to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Members of the ERG act as a resource to each other to achieve their full potential at work and to the Corporation, by voluntarily sharing insights from their lived experiences.

If you have questions about ERGs, read our Terms of Reference, Frequently Asked Questions and Formation Process documents.
