Feedback Opportunity

Members of the public are invited to review the Environmental Study Report for Windermere Road during the 30-day public review period beginning on October 14, 2022. Please use the comment box below to submit your feedback.

About the project

Windermere Road between Western Road and Doon Drive is a street that has a high amount of vehicle traffic which causes traffic congestion, especially during peak hours. The lack of accessible features and active transportation infrastructure creates potentially undesirable conditions for road users. Community members have also expressed concerns about the pedestrian crossings in this area.

The City of London has completed an Environmental Assessment of the area to identify the needs of road users of all ages and abilities, including pedestrians, cyclists, public transit users and motorists. This study assessed the opportunity for an active transportation connection from Windermere Road to the Thames Valley Parkway
